No. We are an online professional development provider focused on leadership qualification for working adults. We offer courses, cohorts, coaching, and certificates — not degrees. Programs are designed to build practical skills you apply immediately in your organization.
After enrollment, you receive immediate access to video modules, workbooks, and assessments through our learning portal. Complete modules on your schedule — most self-paced courses take 4–8 hours total. You have 12 months of access from purchase date.
Live cohorts include scheduled video sessions (typically weekly), peer discussion forums, facilitator feedback on assignments, and a completion certificate. Session recordings are available if you miss a live class. Cohorts cap at 16 participants for meaningful interaction.
Yes. Most programs include documented CEU hours suitable for HR professional development records. We provide completion certificates with hours listed. Check with your employer or licensing body for specific acceptance requirements.
Self-paced courses: full refund within 7 days if less than 20% completed. Live cohorts: full refund up to 14 days before start; 50% refund 7–14 days before; transfers to a future cohort allowed once with 7+ days notice. Coaching packages are non-refundable after the first session.
